Some good old sticktoitiveness and here I am writing my second post – keeping it short.
Today I completed (hopefully) my second assignment – research. And I’ll admit, I’m stoked with the outcome. I hope Sue is too.
In fact that’s mostly what I did today.
So this is a bit of skimpy post but will add more later.
Several hours later…
When I said that I was going to add more to this post I didn’t realise that it would be at 12.05 am, but apparently I have become something of a night owl. So I am in bed, but not sleeping.
So I have sort of completed 3 of 9 assessments…6 definitely sounds more feasible =]
This blog relates to one of my writing goals – simply, to write more. I hope it works.
I guess I should ‘introduce myself’..
Well I am Laura, a word connoisseur in training (and yes I had to look up how to spell connoisseur) and I am at the ripe old age of 19.
Henry David Thoreau said “Our truest life is when we are in dreams awake.” Thoreau did say some wise things and I particularly agree with this one. Why are we living if not for our dreams? The other night I said ‘Life isn’t about the end result – it’s about all the things that happen on the way there” I was then asked, “Do you think we have a purpose?” and I answered, “I think our purpose is simply to find the answers to our own questions.”
